Privacy
This page describes the processing currently performed by Tamdot. The product organizes mailbox-derived work without automatically sending email.

Account identity, organization, roles, preferences, email metadata, cases, contacts, deadlines, appointments, notes and technical logs required to provide the service.
Connected mailboxes
Gmail and Microsoft 365 are accessed with read permissions. Tamdot does not automatically send, delete or move messages. Tokens are encrypted server-side.
Content and attachments
An email body may be processed to create a summary and match a case. Attachment content is not stored; only its name, format and declared size may be retained.
Artificial intelligence
Bounded context may be sent to OpenAI to understand email, suggest a case, prepare a reply or assist the user. Assistant calls use store=false. Suggestions remain subject to human review.
Isolation and access
Every business request is resolved inside the active organization. Assistant conversations are private to a user and organization. OWNER, ADMIN and MEMBER roles constrain sensitive operations.
Retention and rights
Final retention periods and the legal export/deletion process must be confirmed before commercial V1. An owner can request an export or deletion review from Settings.
